1. Somerset County's Most Spectacular July 4th Celebration

When: July 4, 2018 | 6:00 PM

Where: Millton Road, Bridgewater, NJ 08807

Be prepared for a spectacular display of magnificent fireworks paint the night sky with awesome beauty and precision this 4th of July as the Somerset County Park Commission invite all to enjoy the Annual July 4th Fireworks Display. Gates will open at 6:00 PM, so get to the North Branch Park on Millton early to snag a good parking space. It’ll be a night to commemorate and share with the family and you are encouraged to bring food, picnic chairs, and a blanket. Millton will be closed off for about 30 minutes to an hour after the celebratory event to make way for moderately heavy traffic as people head home.

2. Millburn-Short Hills Fourth of July

When: July 4, 2018 | 9:00 - 9:00 PM

The Millburn-Short Hills Fourth of July Committee is proud to present its 72nd annual July 4th celebration. Everyone is invited to celebrate our Great Nation’s Independence with fun activities for all ages. Come for exciting rides, delicious food, refreshments and stick around until dusk for a marvelous fireworks display! We anticipate your company!

3. Washington Celebrates America 

When: July 4, 2018 | 3:00 PM

Where: Washington Borough, Broad Street and Washington Ave., Washington, NJ 07882

You're in for a spectacular treat to celebrate our Great Country’s Independence this year! Festivities for the day kicks off with a friendly and entertaining  Soap Box Derby for your little ones, Old Fashioned Parade and Fireworks! Cheer on your favorite crate derby driver and fill up on delicious festival food to fuel up for the next event; the 4th of July Parade which will feature a march of parade of bands, dancers, and floats. End the day down at Warren High with a magnificent Grand Finale and get ready for awesome fireworks! For best viewing results, spread a blanket, lie comfortably and simply enjoy!

4. Summit Hosts The 70th Annual Fourth of July Celebration! 

When: July 4, 2018 | 9:45 AM with Fireworks at 9:15 PM 

Where: Soldiers Memorial Field,  Summit, NJ 07901, USA

The City of Summit will be hosting the 70th Annual Fourth of July Celebration once again this year and you are all invited! Rides, games, and an extended array of food truck varieties gets the party started and gear up everyone for what’s in store for them. As the sun sets, the action livens up with electrified live music from Presley and Melody who’ll be performing an interactive pop music concert at 6:15 PM, followed by the Infernos in concert at 7:30 PM. To cap the night off, fireworks signal the glory of our Independence Day starting at 9:15 PM. Get ready to make new set of lasting memories with your loved ones! 

6. Bridgewater July 4th Fireworks 

When: July 4, 2018

Where: North Branch Park, Bridgewater NJ

Somerset County's annual July 4th Fireworks Display will be held on Wednesday, July 4 at 9:30 p.m. at North Branch Park on Milltown Road in Bridgewater. Admission is free to July 4 celebration and food is available for purchase. The event is offered in part to the sponsorship by The Courier News.
