In some cases, a lot can be much cheaper than a house; though building a house takes careful budgeting and planning. In the end, the decision is up to you and your specific desires.

Many may come close to being your dream house—if only the bathroom was a little bit bigger or the kitchen countertops were marble instead of granite.
