Welcome to Long Hill

Just a little over 37 miles from Manhattan, Long Hill Township lies conveniently close to the city while offering the peaceful quiet of suburban living surrounded by the elegant beauty of nature. It was named one of 25 Great Towns by New Jersey Magazine in 1999 and is rated Number 19 in Niche.com's 2017 Safest Places to Live in New Jersey.

β€œThe perfect mix of local businesses/dining options and quiet suburban life. Lots of great stuff within a bike ride's distance, fun activities for kids, and extremely safe overall. The local schools are fantastic, and while there isn't an overwhelming amount of things for kids to do, there is plenty to keep them occupied. I love that it's not completely overrun with McMansions like some other nearby towns, and many locals have been here for years. Couldn't imagine a better place to raise my kids.”
