2. Bar Move

Gotten the pre-requisite 20-mixed-level bar method class? Then it's time you push yourself a little more with the Bar Move class. You are sure to get a cardio-kick outta this one.


3. Horse Care Workshop 101

When: Jun 23, 1 -3 pm

Where: Lord Stirling Stable, 256 S Maple Ave, Basking Ridge 

This hands-on horse care course is taught over a period of five consecutive Saturdays and is a great kick-off to the next courses in horse maintenance. Price is $60 Somerset County resident/$90 non-resident


4. Somerset Patriots vs. Southern Maryland Blue Crabs

When: June 23, 7:05 pm

Where: TD Bank Ballpark, 860 East Main Street, Bridgewater

Come out and support your team this weekend! You also get treated to the best firework show this side of Jersey, and the eats will be good, too! For inquiries please call 908.252.0700


5. Gallery on Main

When: June 23 - 24 

Where:  Gallery on Main, 30 West Main Street, Somerville

There is always something new and interesting to find at the Gallery on Main. Walk-in guests are treated to an array of vintage collectibles and hard to find brick-a-racks. Make sure to pop in for a visit this weekend.


6. Discovery Saturdays

When: June 23, 9 am - 1pm 

Where: Reeves-Reed Arboretum, 165 Hobart Ave, Summit

It promises to be an amazing time for discovery this weekend at the Arboretum. Make new memories and enjoy time learning all about fish and pond life! A new animal, plant or topic is discussed every week, so don't miss out! Price is free for RRA members/$5  per child for non-members


7. Friends of Maggie - Dinner & Music Fundraiser

When: June 24, 3 pm

Where:  Watchung Hills Elks Lodge, #885 1 Elks Trail, Warren

This home-cooked Italian dinner is a fundraiser that is open to the public. Enjoy mouthwatering Italian meals like spaghetti with meatballs, Italian bread, salad, and assorted desserts. It's all for a humanitarian-cause. Price is $10/seat, beverages on sale


8. Caribbean Cuisine and Island Music

When: June 23, 7 pm

Where: Spice Isle, 41 Mountain Blvd., Warren, NJ 07059

Leave all cares of the week that was and chill out to some of the most soothing island music as you enjoy a delicious spread of Carribean fusion cuisine. 


9. Summit Summer Farmers Market

When: June 23, 10 am

Where: Park & Shop Lot #2, at the corner DeForest Avenue and Maple Street

Don't forget to stock up on the freshest veggies this weekend. Succulent fruits and crispy veggies as well as other items and merch are up for grabs. 


10. Pet Supply drive to benefit St. Hubert's

When: June 23, 7 am

Where: Summit YMCA, 67 Maple Street, Summit, NJ 07901

Help out our furry buddies in need this weekend and give what you can to make their lives better. Donate food and what you can to this great cause to benefit our four-legged pals.
