St. Petersburg, Florida, nick-named “the Sunshine City”, home to over 100 neighborhoods, Guinness World Record holder for most consecutive days of sunshine, and home of the Dali Museum which houses the largest collection of Salvador Dali’s work outside of Europe.

The Tampa Bay area is a beautiful place to live. Highly, highly recommend

"Jason and his team could not have made my transition to Tampa in 2010 easier. Not only was he diligent, professional, and thorough in showing me properties, but he was absolutely tuned into my specific needs and extremely responsive to my feedback throughout the home search process. Not knowing anything about Florida real estate processes, he and his team were indispensable in guiding through the purchase from start to finish – supporting me even long after my closing and ensuring I was settled and happy. Jason’s team truly provides beginning-to-end service and his genuine commitment to his clients shows through in all that he does. He’s a consummate professional and a true pleasure to work with. Highly, highly recommend. "
